Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or another agreed method.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

  • If I (the photographer) must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new date.

3. Session Time & Client Responsibility

  • Please arrive on time to make full use of your session.

  • If you are late, the session may be shortened to stay within the original time slot.

  • Children and pets should be supervised at all times.

 

4. Image Delivery

  • Final, edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks.

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional £40.

  • Galleries are available for 14 days for download.

 

5. Image Rights & Usage

  • Zara Ann Photography retains full copyright to all images.

  • Clients receive personal use rights – you may share and print your images for personal use.

  • You may not edit, apply filters, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

6. Model Release 

  • With your consent, images from your session may be used for Zara Ann Photography’s portfolio, website, and social media.

  • If you wish to opt out, please let me know in writing.

 

7. Liability

  • Zara Ann Photography is not responsible for:

    • Adverse weather conditions

    • Client lateness or no-shows

    • Acts of God or equipment failure

  • All care will be taken with your photos and session experience.

 

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal data is securely stored and used only for communication and service delivery.

  • Zara Ann Photography complies with UK GDPR standards.
